Screenshots of IPTM's Online Bosch CDR Tool Technician Training CourseWe are excited to announce the launch of a brand new online Bosch(c) CDR Tool Technician Training with instructor Kent E. Boots! This new Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) Tool Technician course will teach you how to use the Bosch© Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) Tool to successfully collect data from various vehicle modules from a variety of modern vehicles.

"This new course is a great example of IPTM's commitment to our students to bring them the latest and greatest technology and information. Kent is a widely recognized expert in the CDR community as the go-to source for the latest CDR access technology. I am grateful for Kent's contributions to IPTM and this outstanding course." said Ken Harmon, IPTM's Crash Investigation Coordinator.

Bosch is the world leader in Event Data Recorder (EDR) information and imaging technology. Since 2000, Bosch Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) products have been trusted internationally by law enforcement, crash researchers, auto manufacturers and government agencies to access EDR information on a wide range of passenger cars, light trucks and SUVs.

Darrell Edmonds, IPTM's Online Training Coordinator and 10+ year crash reconstructionist with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, attended IPTM's previous CDR course and has been involved in the production of the new course. "The course presented by Kent provides the latest and most comprehensive information on tool and data retrieval. Although the saying goes 'you can’t teach an old dog new tricks', I learned a few things while filming this new course. If you haven’t taken the Bosch© CDR Tool Technician course in the last few years, I recommend you take the new course. If you're interested in retrieving crash data from vehicles and have not had CDR training, this course is a must-have for your C.V. It will also ensure that you successfully obtain EDR Data!"
